Are your C-stands genuine, with Canadian warranty?

Yes. Filmgear Canada is an authorized Canadian dealer for the brands we carry, so the grip gear is genuine, carries full Canadian warranty where applicable, and is supported locally.

Can I see C-stands in person before I buy?

Yes. Our Vancouver showroom lets you check the build, height and base in person before you commit. Drop by, or contact us with questions.

Will I pay US duty or cross-border fees?

No. We ship from within Canada, so there is no US import duty, brokerage or surprise customs charges. Orders ship Canada-wide with free shipping over $199 (oversize items may carry a flat rate).

What size C-stand do I need?

A standard 40-inch C-stand is the most versatile for general lighting and grip; a baby C-stand is shorter and handy in tight spaces or for low work. Consider a turtle (folding) base for storage and a sliding leg for uneven floors. Tell us what you're holding and we'll recommend the right one.

Do you have it in stock — can I pick up today?

Live stock shows on each product page. In-stock items are ready for same-day pickup at our Vancouver showroom, or we ship across Canada.

Yes. Many of our customers order from outside BC — we ship Canada-wide with free shipping over $199, with the same pricing as local customers.
