In-stock orders placed before 2 PM Vancouver time ship the same business day, excluding holidays. Pre-order and special order items ship when they arrive.

Free shipping excludes remote areas and oversize or overweight items, such as light stands, carts and sandbags. Oversize items show their shipping rate at checkout.

Pickup and local courier in Greater Vancouver
In-stock orders are usually ready for pickup within 2 hours at 945 E Cordova St, Unit 108. Look for the large FGC sign on the street. You can park in the loading area at the back. Please bring your order confirmation email.
In a hurry? Ask us and we will book a local courier at your cost, which usually reaches anywhere in Greater Vancouver within 2 hours.
US and international orders
We ship to the United States and internationally with DHL Express or FedEx. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Import duties, taxes and brokerage fees are paid by the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping.
