Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unopened, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation included. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
For opened or used items, a minimum 15% restocking fee may apply depending on the item condition.

Important Notice for Special Order Items
Certain professional and project-based products are supplied on a Special Order basis and are subject to different return conditions. Please review the “Special Order Items” section below before placing your order.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For Special Order items, damage or defect claims must be reported immediately upon delivery and will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Special Order Items (Final Sale)
Certain professional, project-based products are supplied on a Special Order basis and are not regularly stocked.
Special Order items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once the order has been confirmed with the manufacturer.
These items are ordered specifically for individual projects and may include, but are not limited to:
- Professional wireless communication systems
- Large-scale lighting equipment
- Studio carts and grip equipment
- Cine lenses and specialized production gear
Please ensure compatibility and project requirements before placing your order. If you have any questions regarding lead time or suitability, we strongly recommend contacting us prior to purchase.
Open Box & Demo Units (Final Sale)
Open box items, demo units, and showroom/display products are sold as-is and are final sale.
These items:
- Cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded
- May show minor cosmetic wear from handling or demonstration
- Are fully tested and confirmed to be in working condition prior to sale
In addition, we do not accept returns for:
- Clearance items
- Gift cards
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
