Are your gimbals genuine, with Canadian warranty?

Yes. Filmgear Canada is an authorized Canadian dealer for the brands we carry, so every gimbal is genuine, carries full Canadian warranty, and is supported locally — not grey-market stock.

Can I see or test a gimbal before I buy?

Yes. Our Vancouver showroom lets you balance your own camera on the gimbal and try the handling before you commit. Drop by, or contact us to arrange it.

Will I pay US duty or cross-border fees?

No. We ship from within Canada, so there is no US import duty, brokerage or surprise customs charges. Orders ship Canada-wide with free shipping over $199.

Which gimbal should I get?

The key spec is payload — your camera plus the heaviest lens you'll use should sit comfortably under the gimbal's rated capacity. A light mirrorless setup, an accessorized video rig and a cinema build need different gimbals. Tell us your camera and lenses and we'll match the right one.

Live stock shows on each product page. In-stock items are ready for same-day pickup at our Vancouver showroom, or we ship across Canada.
