This is the replacement or spare control unit for that specific fixture, not a universal controller. Confirm your mat is the RX-48TDX before ordering, or contact our Vancouver showroom and we will check it for you.
This clearance item is final sale. It is not eligible for return or exchange.
Manufacturing defects: Report the issue within 14 days of delivery. Email info@filmgearcanada.com with a short video showing the problem and the serial number, or bring the item to our Vancouver showroom for testing. Once the defect is verified, we will replace the item or issue a refund. We cover return shipping for verified defects.
