Yes. Filmgear Canada is an authorized SmallHD dealer — every monitor is genuine, carries full Canadian warranty, and is supported locally, not grey-market stock.
Can I see a SmallHD monitor before I buy?
Yes. Our Vancouver showroom lets you see the real brightness, screen size and image in person — hard to judge from spec sheets alone. Drop by, or contact us to arrange a look.
Do SmallHD monitors come with Canadian warranty?
Yes — full Canadian warranty, handled locally in Vancouver, so you don't ship anything back across the US border for support.
Will I pay US duty or cross-border fees?
No. We ship from within Canada, so there is no US import duty, brokerage or surprise customs charges. Orders ship Canada-wide with free shipping over $199.
Which SmallHD monitor should I get?
The Cine series (Cine 5, Cine 7) are bright, daylight-viewable on-camera monitors for most shooters; larger production monitors suit cart and studio use. Tell us your camera, mounting and brightness needs and we'll point you to the right one.
Do you have it in stock — can I pick up today?
Live stock shows on each product page. In-stock items are ready for same-day pickup at our Vancouver showroom, or we ship across Canada.
Do you ship SmallHD across Canada?
Yes. Many of our customers order from outside BC — we ship Canada-wide with free shipping over $199, so out-of-province buyers get the same authorized pricing and Canadian warranty as local customers.
