SmallRig Ultra Slim 4K HDMI Adapter Cable (C to A) 3020 is a high-quality HDMI adapter cable (Mini HDMI Male to Full HDMI Female) for your camera setup. It’s HDMI 2.0 version and supports resolution up to 4K@60HZ and will be backward compatible. It features two 1/4-20” screws to fix the female part to the side of the camera cage or L bracket tightly to protect the camera’s HDMI port and ensure a more stable connection. Ultra-slim design with 3.6mm outer diameter makes it thinner and softer than a regular HDMI cable. It’s a perfect adapter cable used to change the camera HDMI port to a more desired direction as needed.
Compatibility:
Cameras with Mini HDMI ports, like Nikon Z6, Z7, D780, Canon EOS RP, 5D Mark IV, etc.
Camera cages or L brackets with no less than two 1/4-20” thread holes (9mm distance from center to center) on the left side, like 2824, 2972, 2833, CCC2332, CCC2271, etc.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For opened or used items, a minimum 15% restocking fee may apply depending on the item condition.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For Special Order items, damage or defect claims must be reported immediately upon delivery and will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

Certain professional, project-based products are supplied on a Special Order basis and are not regularly stocked. Special Order items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once the order has been confirmed with the manufacturer.
These items are ordered specifically for individual projects and may include, but are not limited to:

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
