The amaran Ray 360c is a 360W full-colour Bowens COB available from Filmgear Canada for Canadian crews lighting interviews, products or colour-rich sets near AC power. Its OmniColor engine reaches 17,130 lux at 1 m bare, with an integrated power supply that needs one AC cable.

FAQ
Will the Ray 360c cover an interview through a softbox?
Its 17,130-lux bare rating at 1 m gives more room for diffusion than the small Rays. A softbox, placement and subject distance change the result; meter or test the assembled setup. The included reflector gives a harder beam, not the soft look many interviews need.
Can I travel with it without a separate ballast?
Yes. The power supply is in the head, and the case includes the fixture, reflector and 5 m AC cable. The tradeoff is that the Ray 360c still needs AC mains; it cannot run directly from a USB-C power bank or Ace E-Lock battery.
Is the Ray 660c a different colour system?
No. Both use amaran's OmniColor engine and the same expanded CCT+ range. The Ray 660c adds rated output and a heavier-duty yoke for larger modifiers or repeated rigging.
Which accessories should I budget for?
A suitable stand and a Bowens softbox or beam shaper are separate. The box provides a reflector and protective cover. The dedicated Fresnel is shared with the Ray 660c, so that accessory can remain useful if you later change fixture size.
What should I protect when using the Ray 360c outdoors?
The fixture carries an IP54 rating, but the AC plug, distribution and other equipment may have different protection. Keep those connections sheltered and check the complete rig before using it around spray or dust.
How can I match white light and then add colour with the same Ray 360c?
Use its 2,300–10,000K normal CCT range for white-light work or its 1,800–20,000K CCT+ range when a wider setting is useful. OmniColor controls also provide full-colour looks for backgrounds and effects.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For opened or used items, a minimum 15% restocking fee may apply depending on the item condition.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If an item is defective within 14 days of delivery, email info@filmgearcanada.com with a short video of the problem and the serial number, or bring it to our showroom. Once we confirm the defect, we’ll replace it (or refund it if a replacement isn’t available) and handle the manufacturer claim ourselves.
For Special Order items, damage or defect claims must be reported immediately upon delivery and will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

Certain professional, project-based products are supplied on a Special Order basis and are not regularly stocked. Special Order items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once the order has been confirmed with the manufacturer. Special Order items are final sale whether they ship from our stock or are ordered from the manufacturer.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
