The Amaran Ray 660c is the top of the amaran Ray RGB COB lineup. It is sized for shooters who want a single fixture that can blow through a large diffusion frame, light a room from outside a window, or carry a key on a commercial set without stacking smaller heads. Full HSI color, daylight, tungsten, and effect modes are all in one Bowens-mount body.

At this output class plan ahead on power. North American 15A household circuits will trip if you run this near full output alongside other gear, so budget a dedicated 20A circuit or a generator on location. The trade-off versus going up to an HMI or a true cinema fixture is portability and AC-only flexibility, plus full color control out of the box. Exact wattage, color range, and what ships in the box are on amaran's current Ray 660c page.
