Is Filmgear Canada an authorized SmallRig dealer?

Yes. Filmgear Canada is an authorized SmallRig dealer — every item is genuine, carries full Canadian warranty, and is supported locally, not grey-market stock.

Can I see or test SmallRig gear before I buy?

Yes. Our Vancouver showroom lets you handle cages, rigs and accessories in person and check fit with your camera before you commit. Drop by, or contact us to arrange it.

Do SmallRig products come with Canadian warranty?

Yes — full Canadian warranty, handled locally in Vancouver, so you don't ship anything back across the US border for support.

Will I pay US duty or cross-border fees?

No. We ship from within Canada, so there is no US import duty, brokerage or surprise customs charges. Orders ship Canada-wide with free shipping over $199.

Will a SmallRig cage fit my camera?

SmallRig cages are built for specific camera bodies, so fit matters. Tell us your exact camera model and we'll confirm the right cage and compatible accessories before you order.

Do you have it in stock — can I pick up today?

Live stock shows on each product page. In-stock items are ready for same-day pickup at our Vancouver showroom, or we ship across Canada.

Do you ship SmallRig across Canada?

Yes. Many of our customers order from outside BC — we ship Canada-wide with free shipping over $199, so out-of-province buyers get the same authorized pricing and Canadian warranty as local customers.
