Yes. Filmgear Canada is an authorized Tilta dealer — every item is genuine, carries full Canadian warranty, and is supported locally, not grey-market stock.
Can I see or test Tilta gear before I buy?
Yes. Our Vancouver showroom lets you handle Nucleus units, matte boxes and rigs in person before you commit. Drop by, or contact us to arrange a hands-on look.
Do Tilta products come with Canadian warranty?
Yes — full Canadian warranty, handled locally in Vancouver, so you don't ship anything back across the US border for support.
Will I pay US duty or cross-border fees?
No. We ship from within Canada, so there is no US import duty, brokerage or surprise customs charges. Orders ship Canada-wide with free shipping over $199.
Which Tilta Nucleus follow focus should I get?
The Nucleus-Nano II is the compact, affordable single-motor option for mirrorless and gimbal setups; the Nucleus-M II is the full wireless FIZ (focus, iris, zoom) system for cinema builds. Tell us your camera and rig and we'll point you to the right one.
Do you have it in stock — can I pick up today?
Live stock shows on each product page. In-stock items are ready for same-day pickup at our Vancouver showroom, or we ship across Canada.
Do you ship Tilta across Canada?
Yes. Many of our customers order from outside BC — we ship Canada-wide with free shipping over $199, so out-of-province buyers get the same authorized pricing and Canadian warranty as local customers.
