FAQ
Where does the F22c flexible mat fit?
The 2 x 2 ft mat provides a broad RGBWW source for close key, fill or colour. The supplied bracket and softbox parts let crews use it on a light stand; the free F22 Lantern is an additional diffusion option.
Can the F22c be rigged overhead?
The included support bracket and tilting stand mount make rigging possible on a suitable support. Check the stand load, use a safety, and keep the control box and cable secure.
How much light does the F22c produce?
amaran rates it at 200W output and 6,420+ lux at 1 m at 5600K under its stated test setup. Distance, diffusion and colour setting change the light reaching the subject.
What power options does the F22c have?
The F22c comes with an AC power supply and a V-mount control box. For battery use, match the battery voltage and output to the light requirements before the shoot.
What extra item does this Filmgear Canada kit include?
The free item is one Lantern for amaran F22. It is additional to the standard F22c package, which includes the mat, controller, bracket, softbox parts, grid, AC power and case.
