The T4c can run from the supplied Tube Battery Grip or AC power supply. It offers a 2500K–7500K white range, RGBWW color, and Sidus Link control for moving between natural white light and repeatable color effects on set.

FAQ
What exactly is included in the T4c kit?
The kit includes the T4c tube, Tube Battery Grip, AC power supply, AC cable, eyebolt, carrying case, T4c/PT4c 45° grid, and Baby Pin to NATO rail clamp.
Is the T4c battery built into the tube?
No. The included Tube Battery Grip provides portable power. AC power is also included for fixed setups.
Should I choose the 4 ft T4c or the 2 ft T2c?
Choose T4c for a longer visible practical, broader reflection, or wider color accent. T2c is easier to place in a car, on a shelf, or in a tight set.
Does the included 45° grid fit T2c?
No. This kit uses the longer grid made for T4c/PT4c. The T2c/PT2c grid is a separate size.
Is T4c a pixel-mapped tube?
T4c gives you RGBWW color and effects. If individually addressable pixel animation is central to the shot, compare amaran's PT4c before ordering.
Can I mount the T4c to a Baby Pin stand?
Yes, with the included amaran Tube Baby Pin Adapter to NATO Rail Clamp. Check stand stability and grip safety for a 4 ft tube.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For opened or used items, a minimum 15% restocking fee may apply depending on the item condition.

Certain professional and project-based products are supplied on a Special Order basis and are subject to different return conditions. Please review the “Special Order Items” section below before placing your order.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If an item is defective within 14 days of delivery, email info@filmgearcanada.com with a short video of the problem and the serial number, or bring it to our showroom. Once we confirm the defect, we’ll replace it (or refund it if a replacement isn’t available) and handle the manufacturer claim ourselves.
For Special Order items, damage or defect claims must be reported immediately upon delivery and will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

Certain professional, project-based products are supplied on a Special Order basis and are not regularly stocked. Special Order items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once the order has been confirmed with the manufacturer. Special Order items are final sale whether they ship from our stock or are ordered from the manufacturer.
These items are ordered specifically for individual projects and may include, but are not limited to:

In addition, we do not accept returns for open box, demo or clearance items, gift cards, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
