Are your LED tube lights genuine, with Canadian warranty?

Yes. Filmgear Canada is an authorized Canadian dealer for the brands we carry, so every tube light is genuine, carries full Canadian warranty, and is supported locally — not grey-market stock.

Can I see or test tube lights before I buy?

Yes. Our Vancouver showroom lets you see the real output and color in person and compare tubes side by side before you commit. Drop by, or contact us to arrange it.

Will I pay US duty or cross-border fees?

No. We ship from within Canada, so there is no US import duty, brokerage or surprise customs charges. Orders ship Canada-wide with free shipping over $199.

Which LED tube light should I get?

It comes down to length (1, 2 or 4 ft), color mode (full RGB vs bi-color white), and whether you need built-in battery or CRMX wireless control. Aputure INFINIBAR, Nanlite PavoTube and Amaran tubes each have strengths — tell us your shoot and we'll point you to the right one.

Do you have it in stock — can I pick up today?

Live stock shows on each product page. In-stock items are ready for same-day pickup at our Vancouver showroom, or we ship across Canada.

Yes. Many of our customers order from outside BC — we ship Canada-wide with free shipping over $199, with the same pricing and Canadian warranty as local customers.
