The Rode RODECaster Video is an all-in-one production console that combines a video switcher and an audio mixer in one desktop unit. Built for podcasts that ship as video, livestreams, hybrid corporate productions, and church-style multi-cam services — anywhere you want to switch cameras, mix the audio, run effects, and stream out from one box instead of a rack of separate tools.

FAQ
Do I still need a separate computer to stream?
No — the RODECaster Video can RTMP straight to YouTube / Twitch / Facebook / a custom destination over Ethernet or Wi-Fi. You only need a computer if you want platform-specific overlays (Streamlabs, OBS scenes, etc.) on top.
RODECaster Video vs RODECaster Video S?
The S is the lower-tier, simpler box (fewer inputs, smaller form factor). Pick the full Video when you need 4 HDMI cameras + 2 USB sources, all the audio channels, and the larger touchscreen workflow.
Can I record multitrack audio while streaming?
Yes. Record each input as a separate stem to internal storage or over USB to your DAW, while the program mix goes to the stream simultaneously.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For opened or used items, a minimum 15% restocking fee may apply depending on the item condition.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@filmgearcanada.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For Special Order items, damage or defect claims must be reported immediately upon delivery and will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Special Order Items (Final Sale)
Certain professional, project-based products are supplied on a Special Order basis and are not regularly stocked. Special Order items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once the order has been confirmed with the manufacturer.
These items are ordered specifically for individual projects and may include, but are not limited to:
- Professional wireless communication systems
- Large-scale lighting equipment
- Studio carts and grip equipment
- Cine lenses and special production gear
Please ensure compatibility and project requirements before placing your order. If you have any questions regarding lead time or suitability, we strongly recommend contacting us prior to purchase.
In addition, we do not accept returns for sale items, gift cards, perishable goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, or personal care products.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
