Introducing the Aputure STORM 700x, a high-output point-source LED lighting fixture that redefines what a compact, tunable-white engine can deliver on set.
Groundbreaking proprietary LED chipset
The STORM 700x harnesses Aputure’s proprietary BLAIR LED chipset: an advanced five-diode architecture featuring Blue, Lime, Amber, Indigo, and Red emitters. This groundbreaking chipset enables exceptional spectral quality, unlocking more efficient utilization of each diode’s output and unparalleled accuracy in white light reproduction.
700W tunable-white compact point source fixture
With a powerful 700W COB in a compact form factor, the STORM 700x is the perfect tool for professionals demanding both high output intensity and precision. Offering a wide CCT range of 2,500K to 10,000K and full ±G ASC MITC green-magenta correction, the STORM 700x empowers users to fine-tune their white point with unmatched flexibility.
Advanced diode color mixing
Leveraging its advanced optical system, the STORM 700x produces an impressive 16,730 lux at 3 meters (5600K) when paired with its included 35º reflector. Its performance is matched by industry-leading color fidelity: SSI [P3200] 87 and SSI [D5600] 87. With over 70% coverage of the Rec. 2020 color gamut and smooth stepless dimming from 0.1–100%, the STORM 700x provides the precision and reliability required for color-critical productions.
IP65 weather resistance
Engineered for the rigors of professional workflows, the STORM 700x features an IP65 weather-resistant construction and Aputure’s robust ProLock Bowens Mount for enhanced modifier security and optical alignment, even with heavier and optical accessories. Its intelligent cooling system offers four fan modes: Smart, High, Medium, and Silent.

Equipped with comprehensive control options, including Sidus Link® and Sidus Link Pro® app integration, LumenRadio CRMX, 16-bit 5-Pin DMX512 in/out, and support for batch firmware updates, the STORM 700x integrates seamlessly into modern lighting networks and workflows. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For opened or used items, a minimum 15% restocking fee may apply depending on the item condition.

Certain professional and project-based products are supplied on a Special Order basis and are subject to different return conditions. Please review the “Special Order Items” section below before placing your order.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For Special Order items, damage or defect claims must be reported immediately upon delivery and will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Special Order Items (Final Sale)
Certain professional, project-based products are supplied on a Special Order basis and are not regularly stocked. Special Order items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once the order has been confirmed with the manufacturer.
These items are ordered specifically for individual projects and may include, but are not limited to:
- Professional wireless communication systems
- Large-scale lighting equipment
- Studio carts and grip equipment
- Cine lenses and special production gear
Please ensure compatibility and project requirements before placing your order. If you have any questions regarding lead time or suitability, we strongly recommend contacting us prior to purchase.
In addition, we do not accept returns for sale items, gift cards, perishable goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, or personal care products.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
