DJI Osmo Pocket 4 Standard Combo
The DJI Osmo Pocket 4 Standard Combo is the entry combo for DJI's pocket-sized gimbal camera. You get the camera itself plus the bundle of accessories DJI ships in the Standard configuration, the core kit needed to start shooting.
The Pocket line is built for solo creators who want stabilised handheld footage without rigging up a full gimbal, a mirrorless body, and a lav. Travel content, walk-and-talk vlogs, run-and-gun social, and B-roll on busy shoot days are the bread-and-butter use cases.
Key features
- Built-in motorised gimbal for stabilised handheld video.
- Pocketable single-piece form factor that goes anywhere.
- DJI Osmo Pocket 4 generation, the latest in the Pocket gimbal-camera line.
Available from Filmgear Canada, an authorized DJI dealer, with Canada-wide shipping from our Vancouver showroom.
In the box
- Osmo Pocket 4 x 1
- Osmo Pocket 4 Gimbal Clamp x 1
- Osmo Pocket 4 Handle With 1/4-inch Thread x 1
- Osmo Pocket 4 Portable Carrying Pouch x 1
- DJI Wrist Strap x 1
- USB-C to USB-C PD Cable (USB 3.1) x 1
Six items. This is the camera and the essentials to carry and mount it. There is no microphone, no fill light and no tripod in this combo. If you want those, the Creator Combo adds ten more items for $180, including a DJI Mic 3 transmitter.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between the Standard Combo and the Creator Combo?
Same camera in both. The Standard Combo is six items: the camera, gimbal clamp, handle with a 1/4-inch thread, carrying pouch, wrist strap and USB-C cable. The Creator Combo is those six plus ten more, adding a DJI Mic 3 transmitter kit, the fill light, the Osmo Pocket 3 Wide-Angle Lens, the Osmo Mini Tripod and a larger carrying bag, for $180 more.
Does the DJI Osmo Pocket 4 need a memory card?
No. It has 107 GB of storage built in and records straight out of the box. A microSD card up to 1 TB is optional if you want more room. This matters more than usual in 2026, because memory card prices are up roughly 124% year over year on the back of AI-driven NAND shortages. The older Osmo Pocket 3 has no internal storage at all and will not record until you buy a card, so factor that in if you are cross-shopping a used one.
What is the difference between the Osmo Pocket 4 and the Osmo Pocket 4P?
The Pocket 4P, also searched as the Osmo Pocket 4 Pro, adds a second camera: a 1/1.28-inch sensor behind a 60mm equivalent f/1.8 lens, which gives 3x optical zoom extending to 12x. Its wide camera is also a newer 1-inch LOFIC sensor rated to 17 stops against 14 here. In exchange the 4P is heavier at 230 g against 190.5 g, rated for 210 minutes against 240, and carries 103 GB against 107 GB. Our full comparison is in the Pocket 4P vs Pocket 4 buying guide.
Why is the Osmo Pocket 4 not sold in the United States?
The FCC added DJI to its Covered List in December, which blocked DJI from importing drones and drone parts, and the Osmo Pocket 4 and 4P ended up outside official US distribution as a result. It is officially distributed in Canada, so buying here gets you Canadian pricing and the standard manufacturer warranty rather than a grey-market unit with no service path.
Can the Osmo Pocket 4 record 4K vertical video?
No. Native vertical runs at 3K in 9:16, specifically 1728 x 3072, at up to 60fps. 4K is 16:9 only. For Reels, Shorts and TikTok that is not a limitation, since 3K already exceeds what those platforms deliver. It only matters if you planned to shoot vertical and crop inside it afterwards.
Is the Osmo Pocket 4 waterproof?
No. Nothing in the Osmo Pocket line is waterproof or weather sealed, and the microSD and USB-C ports are exposed. If you need water resistance, look at the DJI Osmo Action line instead.
How long does the battery last, and how fast does it charge?
DJI rates it at 240 minutes, measured at 1080p/24fps with Wi-Fi and the screen off, so treat that as a ceiling rather than a working figure. It reaches 80% in about 18 minutes and 100% in about 32 minutes with a 65W charger, which is sold separately.
Can I connect a DJI wireless microphone directly?
Yes. Compatible DJI transmitters pair straight to the camera with nothing mounted on the body, and OsmoAudio supports four-channel recording that combines two transmitter channels with the camera's own stereo track.
Will Osmo Pocket 3 accessories fit the Pocket 4?
Many will, particularly through the Expansion Adapter, which also opens up 67mm filter threads. Check cage and clamp fit specifically rather than assuming, and ask us if you are unsure about a particular accessory before ordering.
