The NiSi JetMag Pro 82MAG Magnetic Adaptor Ring mounts 82MAG JetMag Pro magnetic filters on a lens with a 62, 67, 72, 77 or 82mm filter thread. Screw the ring onto the lens and the filters attach magnetically, so you change filters without unscrewing them. It is the ring the JetMag Pro 82MAG True Color VND 1-5 needs, because that filter does not include one.
Which Size Do I Need?
Choose the size that matches the filter thread on the front of your lens. It is usually printed inside the lens cap or on the lens next to the ⌀ symbol. It is not the focal length.
Compatibility
- Works with NiSi JetMag Pro 82MAG filters, including the 82MAG True Color VND 1-5 and the filters in the JetMag Pro 82MAG Cinema Kit.
- Lens side: 62, 67, 72, 77 or 82mm screw-in thread.
- Does not fit 95MAG filters, and it cannot be used on a lens without a front filter thread.
- To lock a filter, rotate it until it lines up with the white lock line on the ring (per NiSi).
