Product Overview
Osmo Pocket 4P is a dual-lens cinematic pocket gimbal camera designed for creators who want stabilized footage without carrying a full camera rig. Its wide camera uses a 1-inch CMOS sensor with a 20mm-equivalent field of view and f/2.0 aperture, while the medium tele camera uses a 1/1.28-inch CMOS sensor with a 60mm-equivalent field of view and f/1.8 aperture. Switching between those perspectives lets you establish a scene, move closer to a subject visually, and vary the look of a sequence without changing lenses.
The three-axis mechanical gimbal stabilizes walking shots, handheld pans, and moving subject footage. ActiveTrack 8.0 supports multi-person tracking and can help keep people, objects, vehicles, or pets framed in supported modes. This makes the camera useful for solo creators, travel videos, family events, behind-the-scenes coverage, interviews, product demonstrations, and real estate walkthroughs where consistent motion matters more than carrying the largest possible camera.
Dual-Lens Coverage in a Pocket Camera
The 20mm-equivalent wide camera is suited to establishing shots, interiors, groups, landscapes, and walk-and-talk footage. The 60mm-equivalent medium tele camera gives portraits, details, and distant subjects a tighter perspective. The medium tele camera provides 3x optical zoom, with zoom options extending up to 12x when the situation calls for additional reach. The two fixed lenses are built into the camera and are not interchangeable.
For colour-managed production, the camera supports 10-bit D-Log 2 at 1x zoom. The wide camera can capture up to 4K/240fps slow motion, while the medium tele camera supports up to 4K/200fps. Creators can also capture 37MP still photos and in-camera 4K Live Photos. Vertical capture is available for social content, although 4K recording is not supported in vertical shooting.
Fast Setup for Solo Production
A 2-inch OLED touchscreen provides up to 1000 nits of brightness and covers 100% of the P3 colour space. The rotating screen makes it quick to move between horizontal and vertical composition, and the compact 230 g camera is easy to keep ready in a small production bag. Three built-in microphones support directional audio, and compatible DJI wireless microphone transmitters can connect directly without a separate camera-mounted receiver.
When compatible transmitters are connected, four-channel audio recording can combine two transmitter channels with the camera's built-in stereo track. Osmo Pocket 4P supports direct connection with DJI Mic 2, DJI Mic 3, DJI Mic Mini, and DJI Mic Mini 2 transmitters. The first-generation DJI Mic requires its receiver to connect through USB-C.
Storage, Transfer, and Live Production
With 103GB of built-in storage, creators can begin recording without immediately adding a memory card. microSD expansion is also supported. Wi-Fi 6 enables wireless file transfer at up to 90 MB/s under suitable conditions, while the included USB-C to USB-C PD Cable supports USB 3.1 wired transfers at up to 800 MB/s with compatible devices.
For live production, the camera supports mobile livestreaming over Wi-Fi through DJI Mimo. It can also work with a computer through UVC, or provide DP output for workflows that use compatible capture hardware. Built-in timecode is designed for multi-camera synchronization, with drift specified within one frame over eight hours at operating temperatures from 0 to 40°C.
Battery and Charging
Rated operating time reaches up to 210 minutes when recording 1080p/24fps with Wi-Fi and the screen turned off. Charging can reach 80% in about 18 minutes and 100% in about 32 minutes when using the separately sold DJI 65W Portable Charger. Actual runtime and charging speed vary with settings, temperature, accessories, wireless use, and screen activity.
Creator Audio and Accessories
The included DJI Mic Mini 2 Transmitter is supplied with a black and gray windscreen, magnetic clip, two magnetic front covers, a DJI Mic 3 Magnet, and a dedicated magnetic charging cable. The camera can record the transmitter while retaining its built-in stereo track, giving creators more flexibility when reviewing or editing dialogue and ambient sound.
The Osmo Pocket 4 Fill Light offers three brightness levels rated at 12, 25, and 40 lux at 0.6 m, plus 2800K, 4000K, and 5500K colour temperature options. Use it for close-range faces, quick interviews, product details, and situations where a full lighting kit is not practical. The included handle provides a 1/4-inch thread, and the mini tripod creates a compact support option for stationary recording.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For opened or used items, a minimum 15% restocking fee may apply depending on the item condition.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If an item is defective within 14 days of delivery, email info@filmgearcanada.com with a short video of the problem and the serial number, or bring it to our showroom. Once we confirm the defect, we’ll replace it (or refund it if a replacement isn’t available) and handle the manufacturer claim ourselves.
For Special Order items, damage or defect claims must be reported immediately upon delivery and will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

Special Order items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once the order has been confirmed with the manufacturer. Special Order items are final sale whether they ship from our stock or are ordered from the manufacturer.
