This SmallRig FX5 cage wraps the camera in a padded U-shaped frame and locks at multiple points with 1/4-20 screws. It keeps camera controls and ports accessible while adding 1/4-20 threads, ARRI 3/8-16 locating holes, a NATO rail, a cold shoe, wrist-strap slots, and an HDMI cable clamp.
The two detachable top plates let the Sony FX5 rig adapt for a Sony XLR-H2B audio handle or DVF-EL1 viewfinder. Unlike the standard HawkLock cage, the Pro Arca-type base plate has anti-drop stops at both ends but is not designed for direct use with the listed DJI RS-series gimbals.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If an item is defective within 14 days of delivery, email info@filmgearcanada.com with a short video of the problem and the serial number, or bring it to our showroom. Once we confirm the defect, we’ll replace it (or refund it if a replacement isn’t available) and handle the manufacturer claim ourselves.
For Special Order items, damage or defect claims must be reported immediately upon delivery and will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
