This accessory solves the placement problem for a desk-based amaran verge setup. A clamp is not always practical on thick, rounded, glass, shared, or frequently rearranged desks, so a freestanding weighted base can be easier to move and safer for some work surfaces. The telescoping aluminium column adjusts from about 1.8 to 2.8 ft, while the weighted steel base and padded bottom help keep the light stable. It is a support accessory for positioning the bi color led panel; power, CCT, brightness, and app control still come from the Verge fixture itself.
