Can the VB99 SE power a camera and monitor at the same time?
It has separate USB-C, USB-A, D-Tap, BP and 8V/12V outputs for a multi-device rig. Check each device’s required voltage, connector and total load; a suitable cable or V-Mount plate is separate.
How do I recharge the VB99 SE?
Use a compatible USB-C PD charger for up to 65W input, or a compatible BP-port or 16.8V D-Tap charger. SmallRig lists an approximately 2.5-hour full charge with a suitable 65W fast charger; the package list does not include a charger.
What is the main difference between VB99 SE 4608 and VB99 3580B?
Both have 98.872Wh capacity and the same types of power ports. The 4608 has up to 65W USB-C input/output, while the 3580B supports up to 100W USB-C; compare charging speed and device power needs before choosing.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If an item is defective within 14 days of delivery, email info@filmgearcanada.com with a short video of the problem and the serial number, or bring it to our showroom. Once we confirm the defect, we’ll replace it (or refund it if a replacement isn’t available) and handle the manufacturer claim ourselves.
For Special Order items, damage or defect claims must be reported immediately upon delivery and will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
